Food for thought: We’ll slather on sunscreen when we head to the pool or to the beach but why do we neglect it in our everyday life?
Living in Singapore where it’s sunny all year round, it’s crazy to think that the only SPF that I’d wear would only come from my foundation or BB Creams! Thankfully, as I’ve gotten older and wiser, I now make it a priority to wear sunscreen everyday!
My favourite is the Biore UV Perfect Spray sunscreen. This is BY FAR the simplest and most efficient way to apply sunscreen not just on my face but on my entire body!

I keep this sunscreen right by the door and just before I head out, I close my eyes, shake the can and spray a generous amount of this sunscreen all over my face and my entire body! It’s one of the strangest texture I’ve ever felt in a sunscreen, the mist is super fine and it almost feels like nothing on my skin so I always gotta remind myself NOT to go overboard with this!
