Beauty supplements is an important part of my skincare routine. However, I’ve never talked about it on my blog as I’ve been taking the same one for many years and I don’t remember how my skin was like before taking it. They also reached out at the right time as I had finish consuming my usual supplements and my skin was not in good condition!
After consuming it for about 4 weeks, I was really impressed! Here is my review on it!

My Opinions
GLOW – LT+ comes in a box of 30 sachets and is in powder form. It’s easy to consume as it dissolves very easily and has a light berry taste.
For an intensive treatment it’s recommended to complete the first box by taking 1 sachet before breakfast and 1 sachet before bedtime. When starting on your second box, you can reduce your intake to 1 sachet before the first meal of the day for maintenance.
Below are the unedited before and after pictures! you can tell that the blemishes and dry spots on my chin is completely healed and pimple marks have lightened significantly.
The effects can be clearly seen in this shot below. Previously, I had leftover pimple marks which I was struggling to lighten but after taking GLOW – LT+ you can see that the marks are almost completely gone!
you can also see that my overall skin tone is more even and brighter than before and my skin is so much more radiant!
Now do you understand why I’m so impressed with the product? Overall, it delivers as promised! It really helps to even out my skin tone and heal my dry and peeling parts of my skin.
