I’ve recently re-purchased Kora Organics Turmeric Brightening and Exfoliating Mask and realised I haven’t done a review on it yet! I love this product so much it’s my 5th time buying it!
It’s really THAT good! Here are my thoughts on it!
Product Description

It uses Rosehip seeds and Quartz (YES QUARTZ!) to polish skin while naturally derived enzymes from Papaya, and natural source of BHA, Aspen Bark, detoxes pores and refines your skin. Turmeric brightens, calms and helps protect against environmental aging.
The Peppermint Essential Oil delivers an overall invigorating and uplifting experience.
Use it as a scrub to polish the skin and a leave-on mask for a skin resurfacing & refining treatment.
This Kora Organics mask is Certified Organic by Cosmos organic, It’s non-toxic, no artificial fragrance, no GMOs. It’s also cruelty free, vegan, no artificial colours and contains powerful certified organic ingredients!

Rosehip
Rosehip Oil is abundant in antioxidants, essential fatty acids Omega 3 & 6, Vitamins A & C and anti-inflammatory properties.
Turmeric
This ancient spice is well known for its ability to brighten and even skin tone while reducing the appearance of pigmentation.Turmeric anti-inflammatory properties help to relieve redness and calm sensitive skin
Aspen Bark
Aspen Bark is a natural salicylate that delivers enzymatic action to assist in skin renewal, for softer, smoother skin.
Papaya Enzymes
Extracted from the peel of the Papaya fruit, the Papaya holds key enzymes known to help to clear clogged pores, dissolve dead skin and stimulate renewal for brighter looking skin.
Peppermint
An essential oil known for its antimicrobial and antibacterial qualities that helps to control sebum production and blemishes, great for those with oily/combination skin. It gives a cooling sensation naturally, providing an invigorating and refreshing experience
My Opinion
As mentioned at the start of the post, it’s my 5th time re-purchasing this product because it’s really one of the best exfoliating scrub with tiny and fine granules!
The granules are actually rosehip seeds and crushed quartz! it’s gentle on my skin and really helps to deep clean and de-congest my pores! It also helps to re-surface my skin texture to make it smoother and more refined.
I also love it for it’s brightening effect and how it makes my skin glow after using it!
I do notice that my skin looks pretty red as after using the scrub, which on Kora Organics website it states that redness after use is due to the increased circulation and detoxification process and should subside after 15-20 minutes. so, if you have sensitive skin, it’s something to keep in mind when using this product!
Personally, I do find that it can be quite drying if I use this as a mask so I just use it as a regular face scrub! if you have oily skin, I think you will love this as a detox mask!
Overall, I super love the Kora Organics Tumeric Brightening and Exfoliating Mask. It’s also categorised under ‘Clean Beauty’ which I know a lot of people out there would love!
WHERE TO PURCHASE
I bought mine at Sephora for SGD 68. You can also purchase it direct from Koraorganics.com as they do have international shipping to Singapore. However I think the price might be abit more expensive.
