Review: L’OREAL Elseve Keratin Smooth Deep Perfecting Mask

I recently picked up a the tub of L’OREAL Elseve Keratin Smooth Deep Perfecting Hair Mask! This hair mask helps to tame frizzy and unmanagable hair and is an add on to my usual hair routine! you can read about my post on How to Tame Frizzy Hair here where I share about my go to hair products! Here is my review of the L’OREAL Elseve Keratin Smooth Deep Perfecting Hair Mask!

This hair mask claims to provide 72H of natural flowing smooth hair! It contains Anti-Frizz properties to make hair manageable and smooth and Anti-Stiff properties for hair that is free flowing, and fluid. It contains Micro-Keratin Technology which helps to fill in micro-irregularities and polish hair fiber by fiber.

I’ve been using this hair mask every single day in place of my hair conditioner since I got it! After shampooing my hair with the L’Oreal Eversleek Keratin Caring Shampoo, I’d squeeze out the excess water and apply a generous amount of this hair mask starting from the middle of the length of my hair all the way to the ends. Focusing more on the ends as my hair tends to get tangled around the ends! I leave it on for 1 minute and rinse it out!

The result? my hair certainly became more manageable, soft and smooth as claimed on the packaging! However, I’m not too sure about the 72H promise as my hair starts getting frizzy again within 24H. Then again, this is a daily hair mask used in place of your regular hair conditioner so I guess if you wash your hair and use this hair mask everyday, it probably won’t bother you that it’s effect doesn’t lasts for 3 days!
