Polene Paris Bags are all over Tik Tok at the moment! BUT…are they worth it? Or is it all hype?
Well… I caved and purchased one after christmas. So here’s my first impression on it!
I ordered the Polene Numero Neuf mini in Taupe AKA the ‘dumpling’ bag and it really looks like a little dumpling!
I live in Singapore and shipping was fast! So I was pretty impress! It was scheduled to arrive by 3 Jan 2023 but was here by 31 Dec 2022 when I ordered on 28 Dec 2022.
The bag was not just chic but it was really well made! It is designed in a drape form and made with full grain calfskin which gives the bag a certain softness.
The bag is handmade in Spain with a cotton lining, magnetic snap closure and a removable and adjustable strap also in the same calfskin leather. It comes in a beautiful box which is perfect for gifting!
In my opinion, the bag is so beautifully made with such high quality materials, it really is worth every penny! The bag definately captures the essence of parisian chic and I love that there is no flashy branding across the bag.
It’s one of those IYKYK kind of bag without the need to ‘flex’.
