I haven’t been trying out new products recently, as I really wanted to focus on using the L.Line LED Mask to see how it works!
LED Mask is currently a huge K-beauty trend! If you’ve watched the K-drama The King: Eternal Monarch you would have seen the Iron Man looking Cellreturn LED Mask which was heavily marketed on the show!
If you’re not ready to splurge S$2000+ on this new tech beauty device, L.Line LED Mask is a much cheaper alternative! Here’s my review on it!
Product Description
The L.Line LED Mask is a full face LED mask. It has 3 different LED lights to address different skin concerns. The different coloured LED lights has different wavelengths which is going to go deep into your skin to target your skin concerns.
Also, the full face LED mask is super lightweight and once it’s fully charged, the mask is wireless and you can wear it and go about your day without restrictions.
The open eye hole design also allows you to wear the LED mask and do your work, chores or even Netflix while masking!
3 LED Light Colours
LED Red Light (620 – 750nm Wavelength)
Improves blood circulation, reduces inflammation and boosts collagen production.
LED Blue Light (476 – 495nm Wavelength)
Blue light mode gives relief to sensitive skin, and is beneficial especially for those who are prone to acne.
It can treat acne and helps to kill acne-causing bacteria.
LED Orange Light (590 – 620nm Wavelength)
Diminishes blemishes and helps to brighten and even out skin tone.
My Opinion
I’ve been using the device everyday for 30 mins. 15 mins of Red light followed by 15 mins of either Blue light / Orange light depending on my skin concerns. I’ll always use it after I put on my daily skincare routine!
After using the mask for about 4 weeks, my skin looked more plumped and there is a certain glow to it!
The LED Blue light was really effective especially for patches of inflammation and occasional pimples. They subsided and were completely healed within 2-3 days of use!
Conclusion
In conclusion, I do feel that the effects are really subtle, which could be due to the light intensity.
Through my research, I felt that the light intensity of L.Line LED mask was less intense compared to others on the market. Given that there was no need for any protection around the eye area.
That said, my skin has gotten smoother, pimples and inflammation subsides and heals faster than before which shows that the science behind L.Line LED Mask is working! Just that, it probably would take awhile for more visible effects to show!
L.Line LED Mask is currently retailing for S$59.90. You can purchase it here on COCOMO.SG.
